The changes include, classes, admin privileges, as well as extended user fields. An example would be promoting a user to a forum admin, which grants them access to a class restricted forum, gives them admin privileges to modify the forum. Without this plugin you would have to: Set the user as an adminConfigure their admin privilegesSet their class All the while having to remember what setting to give. With the plugin all you need to do is set the users extended field (a position/rank field you setup) to what rank you want them to be and run the update.
